Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Taravya Ayurveda, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our policy on cancellations and refunds below.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • How to Cancel: Email us at taravyaayurveda@gmail.com with your Order ID immediately.
  • Refund for Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a 100% refund to your original payment source within 24 hours.
  • After Dispatch: If the order has already been handed over to the courier, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you may refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health products (hygiene and safety), we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or if the product seal has been opened/tampered with.

We offer a Replacement or Refund ONLY under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Product: The bottle/package arrived broken or leaking.
  2. Wrong Product: You received a different product than what you ordered.
  3. Expired Product: The product received is past its expiry date.

3. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Take Photos/Video: clear images or a video showing the damage or the wrong item.
  2. Email Us: Send the evidence along with your Order ID to taravyaayurveda@gmail.com.
  3. Verification: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
  4. Resolution:
    • Replacement: We will ship a fresh product to you at no extra cost.
    • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will initiate a refund.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders (Razorpay): The amount will be refunded to the original payment mode (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will need to provide your bank account details or UPI ID via email. We will transfer the amount to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
