1. Shipping Area
We currently ship products across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Order Dispatch: Orders are usually processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Hisar, Haryana within 1-2 business days of placing the order.
- Business Days: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- North India: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
- Prepaid Orders: No shipping charges.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No shipping charges.
Note: While shipping is free, Cash on Delivery service availability depends on your pin code and our courier partners.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the Tracking ID and the name of the courier partner. You can use this ID to track the live status of your package on the courier’s website.
6. Courier Partners
We use trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure your package is handled with care. Our partners may include services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, or Shadowfax, depending on your pin code availability.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with, torn, or damaged at the time of delivery.
- If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo or video and email us at taravyaayurveda@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
8. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your Shipping Address (including House No, Landmark, and Pincode) is correct at checkout.
